焙烧部分 (一)本厂矿石性质概述: 本厂的矿石是硫化矿与氧化矿夾杂在一起,硫化矿約占20%左右,以斑銅矿为主,黄銅矿次之,尚未发現輝銅矿,氧化矿絕大部分是孔雀石,蓝銅矿次之。原矿品位估計含銅0.8~1.2%,如果不絕选矿,在冶煉上会带来很大困难,所以采取了人工碎矿、手选,將大部分脉石选出,經手选后品位大約在4~5%。人工手选很难將硫化矿与氧化矿分开,如果不經焙烧进行熔煉,就会产出大部分冰銅,由冰銅再煉成粗銅过程很麻煩,而且銅的損失很大。根据实踐証明,焙燒过的矿石进行熔煉,冰銅的产出量很少。为此,手选后的矿石需經焙燒,以满足冶煉的需要。焙燒中有大量硫化物气体排出,其中含有毒性,对人体及农作物都有很大的害处,因此焙燒地点应选出背风的地方,附近沒有人家和大片农作物,地势寬坦以便操作和推广。

Therefore, the leeward place should be selected at the place of roasting. There are no nearby people and large crops in the vicinity of the rooftop for operation and promotion.
