昆明医科大学第一附属医院收治经阴道超声诊断右侧输卵管不同部位双胎妊娠1例。现将诊治情况报道如下。1病历摘要患者30岁。已婚,G2P0,因停经42 d,阴道不规则流血13 d,下腹痛1 d,外院查血β-HCG9638 U/L,超声提示“异位妊娠”可能,急诊转入我院进一步诊治。查体:一般情况尚可,T 36.5℃,P92次/min,R 20次/min,BP 98/62mm Hg,心肺正常,肝脾未触及,右下腹压痛,无反跳痛,移动性浊音(-),余无特殊。妇科检查:外阴发育正常,阴道通
