本文研究高交联聚苯乙烯微球的非氯甲醚氯甲基化反应。用多聚甲醛与HC1或氯甲基丁醚作氯甲基化剂,代替了具有致癌性的氯甲醚试剂。探讨了反应温度、时间、物料配比等因素与交换容量的关系。对改进低交换溶量阴离子树指的合成有着重要价值。
In this paper, non-chloromethyl chloromethylation of highly crosslinked polystyrene microspheres was studied. Paraformaldehyde and HC1 or chloromethyl butyl ether as chloromethylation agent, instead of carcinogenic chloromethyl ether reagent. The relationship between reaction temperature, time, material ratio and exchange capacity was discussed. It is of great value to improve the synthesis of anion finger with low exchange capacity.
