目的:观察CO2激光联合保妇康栓治疗宫颈尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法:对60例宫颈尖锐湿疣患者随机分为观察组30例,用CO2激光联合保妇康栓治疗;对照组单用CO2激光治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:两组治愈后复发率分别为观察组10%,对照组30%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CO2激光联合保妇康栓治疗宫颈尖锐湿疣能明显降低复发率。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of CO2 laser and Baofukang suppository on cervical condyloma acuminatum. Methods: Sixty patients with cervical condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases), CO2 laser combined with Baofukang suppository. The control group was treated with CO2 laser only and the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results: The recurrence rates of the two groups were 10% in the observation group and 30% in the control group, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: CO2 laser combined with Baofukang suppository can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of cervical condyloma acuminatum.
