目的调查医学生职业暴露的分布情况,提升医学生在医院实习期间的职业防护知识和技能,减少职业伤害的发生。方法应用TQM理论和方法,针对要因制定一系列对策,通过培训和行为干预,逐步提高实习医学生职业暴露知识,减少锐器伤发生率。结果医学生相关知识知晓率由干预前的44.44%上升至干预后的82.25%,锐器伤发生率由28.02%降低至11.90%,差异有统计学意义。结论对医院实习的医学生进行系统培训和持续行为干预,可以有效减少医学生职业暴露发生。
Objective To investigate the distribution of occupational exposure among medical students and to improve the occupational protection knowledge and skills of medical students during hospital internship so as to reduce the occurrence of occupational injuries. Methods Apply TQM theory and method to develop a series of countermeasures for the causes, and gradually increase the occupational exposure knowledge of trainee students and reduce the incidence of sharp injuries through training and behavioral intervention. Results The awareness rate of medical students increased from 44.44% before intervention to 82.25% after intervention, and the incidence of sharp injuries decreased from 28.02% to 11.90%. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Systemic training and continuous behavior intervention for medical students in hospital can effectively reduce occupational exposure to medical students.
