经过多年的实践和探索,我国农村基层干部绩效考核制度取得了一定的成绩,但就总体而言,仍然处于起步阶段。论文初步考察了我国目前农村基层干部绩效考核制度的缺陷,充分利用了现代人力资源管理知识,分析了当代农村基层干部绩效考核可以借鉴的方法,提出了完善的农村基层干部绩效管理体系构建的方案。
After many years of practice and exploration, China’s rural grass-roots cadres performance appraisal system has made some achievements, but overall, is still in its infancy. The dissertation initially investigates the flaws of present performance appraisal system of rural grass-roots cadres in our country, makes full use of modern knowledge of human resources management, analyzes the methods that rural grassroots cadres can use for reference, and puts forward the plan of perfecting rural grassroots cadres performance management system .
