从河北省政府获悉,这个省将扩大廉租住房制度保障范围,保障方式以发放租赁住房补贴为主,租金核减和实物配租为辅。据了解,2007年河北省继续为人均住房建筑面积15平方米以下的享受城市最低生活保障的家庭提供廉租住房制度保障。从2008年起扩大保障范围,保障对象的具体条件是:具有当地城市常住户口;享受最低生活保障或家庭年收入在当地上年度家庭人均可支配收入的1.5倍以下;家庭人均住房建筑面积在15平方米以下且家庭住房总建筑面积在50平方米以下。个别保障能力较差的市、县(市)可以根据本地实际,适当推迟扩大保障范围。
