目的探讨介入治疗下肢动脉缺血性疾病的观察护理体会,以提高治疗的安全性。方法采用血管腔内介入治疗,留置动脉导管溶栓治疗下肢动脉缺血性疾病38例,进行术前心理护理及术前指导,术后注意观察患肢情况,加强护理。结果溶栓治疗疗效确切,显效率为94.74%。结论术前、术后的全面观察和有效护理是患者治疗成功的保障。
Objective To investigate the interventional treatment of lower extremity arterial ischemic disease nursing observation to improve the safety of treatment. Methods Thirty-eight cases of lower extremity arterial ischemic disease were treated by interventional intravascular intervention and catheterized thrombolysis. Preoperative psychological nursing and preoperative guidance were performed. Postoperative attention was paid to the condition of limbs and nursing care. Results Thrombolytic therapy curative effect, markedly effective rate was 94.74%. Conclusion Preoperative and postoperative comprehensive observation and effective nursing is the guarantee of successful treatment of patients.
