今年2月,中共中央办公厅下发了《中共中央办公厅关于加强督促检查工作的意见》(中办发[1999]6号).这份文件是建党以来中共中央办公厅发出的第一份关于督查工作的正式文件.文件结合我国改革开放和现代化建设的实际,深刻阐述了督促检查工作的职责任务、方式方法和组织领导,具有很强的针对性、指导性和可操作性.通过学习,我深深感到,这份文件既是当前和今后一个时期全国各级各部门开展督查工作的指针和依据,也是一篇跨世纪的公文杰作.
