早期自然流产时黄体所起的作用尚不清楚。松弛激素为多肽激素,由黄体产生。妇女没有黄体以外来源的血松弛激素,所以血清松弛素可作为黄体功能的独特指标。Quagliarello等报道18例自然流产病例中有14例hCG不正常,其中有9例松弛素不正常;而hCG正常者则无1例松弛素不正常。说明胎盘功能正常情况下,不会发生黄体功能不正常。研究血清孕激素(P)水平,推测黄体功能不良是自然流产的原因不是结果。
The role of luteal in early spontaneous abortion is not clear. Relaxing hormone is a polypeptide hormone, produced by the corpus luteum. Women do not have proanthocyanidins other than luteal, so serum relaxin can be used as a unique indicator of luteal function. Quagliarello et al reported 18 cases of spontaneous abortion in 14 cases of hCG is not normal, of which 9 cases of relaxin is not normal; while normal hCG no 1 case of relaxin is not normal. Explain the normal case of placental function, does not occur luteal function is not normal. Study of serum progesterone (P) levels, suggesting that luteal dysfunction is the cause of spontaneous abortion is not the result.
