今年是中国与新西兰建交45周年,中国—新西兰自由贸易协定升级谈判正式启动,分别于4月和7月举行了两轮谈判,两国正携手打造自贸协定“升级版”。新西兰是西方发达国家中第一个同中国启动自由贸易协定升级谈判的国家,其示范效应不言而喻。升级版的自贸协定将为两国经贸合作注入新的强劲动力,并进一步推动两国在农业、乳制品加工、林业、旅游、金融、新能源等领域的广泛合作。 This year marks the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and New Zealand. The negotiations on the escalation of the China-New Zealand free trade agreement were officially launched. Two rounds of negotiations were held in April and July respectively. The two countries are now working together to create a free trade agreement. New Zealand is the first country in the western developed countries to initiate negotiations on the promotion of free trade agreement with China. The demonstration effect is self-evident. The upgraded version of the FTA will inject new impetus into the economic and trade cooperation between the two countries and further promote the extensive cooperation between the two countries in the fields of agriculture, dairy products processing, forestry, tourism, finance and new energy.
