交换生项目是高校间国际交流工作的重要组成部分,开展交换生工作对于提升高校国际化进程具有重要意义,但在实际交换交流实践过程中也暴露出一些问题,导致交换交流生项目实施的实际成效与项目初衷的目标间出现超预期的落差。笔者有幸作为赴台交换交流项目的带队教师,深入一线,了解学生学习、生活中遇到的实际困难与突出问题。本文中笔者分析了造成上述问题的原因,旨在探讨必要的可行的对策,以期为即将加入该项目的新专业新院校提供参考。
The exchange student program is an important part of the international exchange among colleges and universities. Carrying out the exchange student work is of great significance to enhancing the internationalization of the university. However, some problems have been exposed during the actual exchange and exchange practice, leading to the exchange of exchange students’ actual projects Outperformance gap between goals of effectiveness and project’s original intention. I was fortunate enough to serve as a faculty member to exchange programs in Taiwan and get to know more about the practical difficulties and outstanding problems encountered by students in their studies and lives. In this paper, the author analyzes the causes of the above problems, aims to explore the necessary feasible countermeasures, with a view to the upcoming new professional colleges and universities to provide reference.
