资金是现代企业集团的命脉,其变现性及高流动性使之能任意转换为其他任何类型的资产,极易引发贪污、诈骗、挪用等违法乱纪的行为。资金管理贯穿企业集团生产经营活动的全过程,直接关系到企业集团经济效益的高低。加强企业集团资金管理具有十分重要的意义。本文从实务的角度,从企业的实际出发,从建立和完善企业资金管理的机制和体制的角度,就如何加强企业的资金管理进行探讨。
Funding is the lifeblood of the modern enterprise group. Its liquidity and high liquidity make it convertible into any other asset of any kind, which can easily lead to acts of misconduct such as corruption, fraud and misappropriation. Capital management throughout the enterprise group production and operation of the whole process is directly related to the level of economic efficiency of enterprise groups.
