前不久,北京市海淀区人民法院审理了全国首例大学生投放虚假危险物质罪一案。该案的被告人小林系某大学二年级学生,循着他的成长轨迹,不难发现,小林由于从小跟着老人一起生活,养成了胆小、怕事的性格,上学时经常受同学欺负,父母的离异又使他的心灵雪上加霜,造成了他自闭、孤僻,与人交往困难,行为暴躁、偏执的性格。案发后,小林经鉴定为分裂型障碍,限定责任能力。像小林这样因为心理问题而犯罪的大学生,在海淀区法院所受理的大学生犯罪案件中占有相当的比例。新闻报道中也不乏这样的例子。如最近媒体报道的中国矿业大学学生常某投毒案,前几年报道的清华大学学生刘海洋伤熊案、马加爵故意杀人案等等,他们走上犯罪道路,或多或少都存在一定的心理问题,而这些心理问题又没有得到及时引导,从而导致他们走上了一条不堪回首的道路,非常值得深思。据《三联生活周刊》披露,某机构对北京23所高校、6000多名在校大学生的调查显示,有16.5%的学生存在中度以上的心理问题。近年来,在海淀法院审理的一些大学生犯罪案件中,因心理问题导致犯罪的有以下几种类型。
