在高、低、常温环境分别测定了8名青年受试者负重行走的热能消耗率。结果表明,热能消耗率与行走速度和负荷重量明显相关。计算热能消耗的公式为:M=8.356×0.2721~(log(8-v))十(0.706L/W-0.06785)V,式中M=热能消耗率,kcal/min;V=行走速度,km/h;L=负荷重量,kg;W=体重,kg。用上述公式计算的热能消耗率与实际测定值颇近似,且误差小于Pandolf公式的预测值。
In the high, low, room temperature environment were measured in eight young subjects weight walking thermal energy consumption rate. The results show that the rate of thermal energy consumption is significantly related to walking speed and load weight. The formula for calculating the thermal energy consumption is as follows: M = 8.356 × 0.2721 ~ (log (8-v)) ten (0.706L / W-0.06785) V, where M = thermal energy consumption rate, kcal / min; / h; L = load weight, kg; W = weight, kg. The heat consumption rate calculated by the above formula is similar to the actual measured value, and the error is less than the predicted value of Pandolf’s formula.
