经腹小切口输卵管结扎术,具有组织损伤小、速度快、出血少、操作方便等优点。由于切口小,(?)用器械取管或器械辅助取管。我们近年来应用自制输卵管指板辅助取管,行输卵管结扎术2000余例,体会其使用方便,取管准确,迅速安全。现将指板制体及使用方法介绍如下。一、输卵管指板制作用普通金属压舌板改制而成。前段长以术者左手食指为准,一般为7厘米,前段与后段处折弯成120度角,距尖端0.5厘米处向上弯成160度角即成(图1)
