电动助力转向系统(EPS)是汽车转向行业的发展方向,其中助力控制策略的选取在EPS中起关键性作用。根据简化的汽车电动助力转向物理模型,建立转向系统和助力电动机相应的数学模型,选取转矩电流双闭环PID控制策略,建立了合适的助力特性曲线。在Simulink环境中建立相应的仿真模型,仿真结果表明,选取的电动助力转向控制策略提高了转向系统的稳定性、轻便性、跟随性和路感要求,验证了控制策略的有效性。
Electric power steering system (EPS) is the development direction of the car steering industry, in which the selection of assistance control strategy plays a key role in the EPS. According to the simplified physical model of vehicle electric power steering, the corresponding mathematical model of steering system and power-assisted motor is established, and double closed-loop PID control strategy of torque current is selected, and the appropriate assist characteristic curve is established. The corresponding simulation model is established in Simulink environment. The simulation results show that the selected electric power steering control strategy improves the stability, lightness, followability and road feel of the steering system, and verifies the effectiveness of the control strategy.
