内蒙古自治区人民政府,四月九日发出了《关于认真查处毁林事件的通知》,通知指出: 一九八二年十月二十日,中共中央、国务院《关于制止乱砍滥伐森林的紧急指示》下发以来,我区各地对乱砍滥伐森林事件进行了认真的查处,工作取得了很大成绩。据一九八三年统计,全区共发生毁林案件七百七十三起,毁林面积七万一千亩;比一九八二年毁林案件数减少百分之八
The People’s Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region issued the Circular on Earnestly Investigating and Dealing with Events of Deforestation on April 9. The circular pointed out: On October 20, 1982, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the "Circular on Stopping the Deforestation of Deforestation Since the issuance of the instructions, all the places in our region have conducted serious investigations and handling of the illegal logging and deforestation events and made great achievements in their work. According to the statistics of 1983, there were a total of 73 deforestation cases and a total of 71,000 acres of deforestation in the region; a decrease of 8% over the number of deforestation cases in 1982
