结合规则推理和实例推理推理模型,提出针对锅炉设计的模糊评估算法,经过模型与算法的结合,可有效实现锅炉的智能化设计。通过对设计过程的详细描述,给出了锅炉参数化设计中相关参数定义及要求,理论上论证了该模糊评估算法与推理模型结合的设计方案的可行性。该设计方案的提出和应用,为锅炉的智能化设计研究提供了一种较为合理可行的思路。结合现场锅炉设计案例,成功实现了锅炉的智能设计,证明了该方案在实际应用中的有效性和正确性。同时,结合实例还给出了每个设计过程中的一些必要的设计前提。结论揭示了该研究对于锅炉CAD智能化设计具有较大的参考价值。
Combined with rule reasoning and case inference reasoning model, a fuzzy evaluation algorithm for boiler design was proposed. Through the combination of model and algorithm, the intelligent design of boiler can be effectively realized. Through the detailed description of the design process, the definition and requirements of relevant parameters in boiler parametric design are given, and the feasibility of the design scheme combining the fuzzy evaluation algorithm and inference model is theoretically demonstrated. The proposal and application of the design scheme provide a more reasonable and feasible idea for the intelligent design of the boiler. Combining with the boiler design case in the field, the intelligent design of the boiler was successfully realized, which proves the validity and correctness of the scheme in practical application. At the same time, some necessary design preconditions in each design process are given in combination with examples. The conclusion reveals that this research has great reference value for the boiler CAD intelligent design.
