在是社会经济不断发展的情况下,企业员工对于薪酬收入的追求也越来越高。对于员工来说,薪酬收入使他们工作的目标与动力。因此,有效的薪酬激励体制可以明显提高员工对于工作的满意程度,提升整体的工作效率,大大减少员工的流动,在整体上提升企业工作效率。从心理学来看,员工对于薪酬的满意程度与实际薪酬收入存在一定的差距,使得员工心理上产生了特定的心理账户。对于企业来说,薪酬的支持是根据企业效益来决定的。而对于员工来说,心理账户的满足将促进工作效率。因此,本将结合当前薪酬收入,对员工薪酬收入心理账户的管理学进行分析研究,以此完善整个薪酬管理体制。
In the case of continuous socio-economic development, employees’ pursuit of salary income is also getting higher and higher. For employees, the salary and income make their job goal and motivation. Therefore, an effective remuneration incentive system can significantly improve employee satisfaction with work, improve overall work efficiency, greatly reduce the flow of employees, and enhance the overall work efficiency of enterprises. From a psychological point of view, there is a certain gap between employees’ satisfaction with salary and actual salary income, which makes employees psychologically have a specific psychological account. For businesses, pay support is based on the effectiveness of the business to decide. For employees, the mental account of satisfaction will promote the work efficiency.
