对海水淡化系统中水平管外液体流动传热过程进行了二维数值模拟,考察了光滑圆管及滴形管、蛋形管两种异形管的液膜厚度随管型、喷淋密度的变化规律,分析了液膜内无量纲温度的变化规律。结果表明:液膜厚度均随喷淋速度的增大而变大;圆管、滴形管和蛋形管的液膜厚度最小值依次减小,且分别出现在周向125°、170°、160°附近。膜内热边界层厚度随着喷淋密度的增大和周向角度的减小而减小,而异形管的热边界层较圆管的薄,传热性能更优。
The two-dimensional numerical simulation of liquid-liquid heat transfer in a horizontal seawater desalination system was carried out. The results show that the thickness of the liquid film becomes larger with the increase of the spraying rate. The thickness of thermal boundary layer in the film decreases with the increase of shower density and the decrease of the circumferential angle. However, the thermal boundary layer of the shaped tube is thinner than the circular tube, and the heat transfer performance is better.
