醋酸氢化泼尼松(醋酸强的松龙)收载于中国药典,含量测定为紫外分光法。其注射液在一些地方标准有收载,含量测定均为在碱性条件下的氯化三苯基四氮唑蓝(TTC)比色法,钟化人对此作了些改进,但操作仍繁琐费时,且显色反应又受诸多因素的影响,使吸收度的稳定性和重视性较差;而紫外分光光度法测定本品注射液的含量国内还未见报道和被地方标准所采用。我们对本法的定量条件进行了考察,在此基础上拟订了醋酸氢化泼尼松注射液的紫外分光光度测定法,结果较为满意。现报告如下:
