As early as in the Renaissance, people under the influence of humanistic ideological trends began to value the value and role of the human body itself, and thus promoted the rapid development of society’s economy, science, and culture. Ballet is in such a historical context, on the basis of ancient folk dance, starting from a dance of the nature of the game, gradually formed in the Italian court - an art form with definite style, dance steps and skills. The ballet at that time was a simple form of entertainment by the nobles of the royal family at various court celebrations and feasts
