根据话务数据自身的特点 ,提出了一种比以往模型更能反映话务数据特点的模型 ,并且研究了如何用含有野值点的数据集稳健地建立模型 .最后介绍了如何找出话务数据中的野值点和如何预测话务量 .
According to the characteristics of traffic data, a model which can reflect the characteristics of traffic data more than previous models is proposed, and how to set up the model robustly with the data set containing outliers is introduced.Finally, how to find traffic Outliers in the data and how to predict traffic.
