上海世博会园区规划按照“园、区、片、组、团”5个层次进行结构布局,并按这5个层次的布局,配备相应的公共服务设施。简而言之,“园、区、片、组、团”都是布局上的概括性简称。“园”是指5.28km2的整个世博会园区建设用地范围,也就是整体用地概念。“区”则是指3.28km2的世博会围栏区,也就是收取门票才能进入的游览区,围栏区内的展馆、活动和论坛项目不再向参观者收取费
The planning of the Shanghai World Expo Park will be structured according to the five levels of “parks, districts, films, groups and regiments”. According to the layout of the five levels, corresponding public service facilities shall be provided.
