用被动吸烟法建立宫内至断乳前持续被动吸烟幼鼠动物模型 ,比较不同浓度香烟暴露对幼鼠生长的影响。SD雌鼠于交配后第二天 ,入低、中、高三种香烟浓度的被动吸烟箱中 ,每日 5小时 ,待其自然分娩 ;幼鼠置与宫内相同香烟浓度的被动吸烟箱中 ,每日 5小时 ,至 2 1天断乳。结果显示 ,被动吸烟各组幼鼠体重、肝重、脑重均明显低于对照组 ;香烟浓度越高 ,被动吸烟时间越长 ,差异越明显。因此 ,本文宫内至断乳前持续被动吸烟危害幼鼠生长 ,香烟浓度越高 ,持续时间越长 ,危害越严重。
The passive smoking method was used to establish the animal model of passive smoking young rats before intrauterine to weaning, and the effect of exposure to different concentrations of cigarette on the growth of young rats was compared. SD female rats in the second day after mating, into the low, middle and high concentrations of three passive cigarette smoke concentrations in cigarettes, 5 hours a day to be their natural childbirth; young rats and intrauterine set the same concentration of cigarettes in the passive smoking box, 5 hours a day, until 21 days of weaning. The results showed that the body weight, liver weight and brain weight of the passive smoking group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The higher the cigarette concentration, the longer the passive smoking time, the more obvious the difference. Therefore, in this paper, continuous passive smoking before the weaning in the uterus is harmful to the growth of young rats. The higher the concentration of cigarettes, the longer the duration, the more serious the harm will be.
