本文对大型合成氨厂开工加热炉盘管材料膨胀失效,用金相方法、X射线衍射及高温力学性能和高温持久性能测定,对盘管材料的失效原因进行了分析。指出盘管的膨胀是由超温运行时蠕变损伤所致。
In this paper, the expansion failure of heating coil in large ammonia plant was investigated. The failure causes of coil materials were analyzed by metallographic method, X-ray diffraction, high temperature mechanical properties and high temperature durability. Pointed out that the expansion of the coil is caused by creep damage caused by over-temperature operation.
