在哥伦比亚Sogamoso水电站基础设施和公共安全管理实践中,评估和监控活动是针对一系列工况的,并制定了有效的应急行动计划和响应措施,在突发事件的检验中证明其是成功的。该项目对改善公共安全也发挥了积极的作用。
In the Sogamoso hydropower station infrastructure and public safety management practices in Colombia, assessment and monitoring activities are targeted at a range of operating conditions and have an effective contingency plan of action and response measures that prove to be successful in the test of emergencies. The project also played a positive role in improving public safety.
