通过回顾性分析来确定绝经期促性腺激素(hMG)与宫腔内人工授精(IUI)结合治疗各种原因不孕症的效果和确定治疗成功的要素。 分析了在1993年1月至1994年8月接受不孕症治疗的104对配偶的周期。开始共有271个周期,由于各种原因有24个周期在注射hCG前被放弃,只完成247个周期。所有的配偶在治疗前均接受过不孕症检查,在女方输卵管通畅的情况下采用hMG行有控制卵巢
A retrospective analysis was conducted to determine the efficacy of menopause gonadotropin (hMG) combined with intrauterine insemination (IUI) in the treatment of infertility of various causes and to determine the elements of treatment success. The period of 104 pairs of spouses who received infertility treatment between January 1993 and August 1994 was analyzed. There are a total of 271 cycles starting, 24 cycles being aborted 24 h before hCG injection due to various reasons. All spouses before treatment have received infertility check, the woman’s tubal patency in the case of hMG line with control of the ovary
