目的:探讨Pillar植入系统治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者和单纯鼾症患者的疗效。方法:46例鼾症患者经PSG监测分为轻至中度OSAHS、重度OSAHS和单纯鼾症3组,术前及术后6个月均进行鼾声VAS评分和PSG监测。结果:术后随访6个月,Pillar植入系统对于轻至中度OSAHS患者和单纯鼾症患者打鼾的改善显著,而对于重度OSAHS患者疗效较差。28例轻至中度OSAHS患者治愈4例,显效10例,有效5例,无效9例,总有效率达67.9%;AHI由术前的17.03±10.63降至术后6个月的11.17±9.52。6例重度OSAHS患者有效1例(16.7%),AHI由术前的62.93±9.21降至术后6个月的55.42±13.77。结论:Pillar植入系统对于单纯鼾症患者可以有效地改善打鼾,对于轻至中度OSAHS患者的疗效较好,而对重度OSAHS患者的疗效较差。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Pillar implants in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) and simple snoring patients. Methods: 46 patients with snoring were divided into three groups: mild to moderate OSAHS, severe OSAHS and simple snoring by PSG. Snoring VAS score and PSG monitoring were performed before and 6 months after operation. Results: After 6 months of follow-up, the Pillar implanted system showed significant improvement in snoring in patients with mild to moderate OSAHS and simple snoring, while the effect was poor in patients with severe OSAHS. Among 28 mild to moderate OSAHS patients, 4 were cured, 10 were markedly effective, 5 were effective, 9 were ineffective and the total effective rate was 67.9%. The AHI decreased from 17.03 ± 10.63 preoperatively to 11.17 ± 9.52 at 6 months postoperatively .6 cases of severe OSAHS patients were effective in 1 case (16.7%), AHI decreased from 62.93 ± 9.21 before surgery to 55.42 ± 13.77 after 6 months. Conclusion: The Pillar implant system can effectively improve snoring in patients with simple snoring, which is effective in patients with mild-to-moderate OSAHS and poor in patients with severe OSAHS.
