思想政治工作,从实质上讲就是为了实现政治任务、政治目标而去做人的工作。学生的思想政治工作就是为实现教育培养目标而做学生的思想教育、转化、引导工作。最近几年,随着生活水平的提高,网络的普及,再加上受社会上不良风气的影响,有些学生放松了对自己的要求,读书怕吃苦,上进心不强,行为习惯差,自控能力差,从而出现逃课现象严重,夜不归宿泡网吧,校园暴力事件屡禁不止。学生的素质与以前相比发生了很大变化,针对目前形势,如何加强和改进学生思想政治工作,是我们应该认真思考的问题。
