本文测定了亚临界直流炉省煤器、双面水冷壁以及膜式水冷壁等内壁腐蚀产物的穆斯堡尔谱。发现腐蚀产物中的相成分主要是Fe_3O_4和α—Fe_2O_3,其中α—Fe_2O_3首先在省煤器管的内壁中形成,其含量随腐蚀时间增加;Fe_3O_4谱的B位和A位峰的强度比I_B/I_A≈2表明不存在γ-Fe_2O_3,可以认为腐蚀过程先形成Fe_3O_4,其后再氧化为α—Fe_2O_3,O_2是促使氧化发生的主要因素。
In this paper, the Mossbauer spectroscopy of the subcritical DC furnace economizer, double-sided water wall and the membrane wall wall corrosion products were measured. The phase composition of the corrosion products was mainly Fe_3O_4 and α-Fe_2O_3, of which α-Fe_2O_3 was first formed in the inner wall of the economizer tube and its content increased with the increase of corrosion time. The intensity ratio of the B site to the A site in the Fe_3O_4 spectrum was I_B / I_A≈2 indicates that there is no γ-Fe_2O_3. It can be considered that the corrosion process first forms Fe_3O_4, then re-oxidizes to α-Fe_2O_3, and O_2 is the main factor to promote the oxidation.
