目的对团队反思量表进行中文修订,考察其信度和效度。方法对西安、北京460名公司员工进行问卷调查,60人参加试测,400人参加正式测试。结果经探索性、验证性因素分析反省分量表得到任务反省、周边反省、结果评价3个维度,适应分量表得到1个维度,量表的α系数为0.727,验证性因素分析各项拟合指数比较理想,测量模型与数据拟合良好。结论团队反思量表中文修订版符合心理测量学的要求,可以作为国内团队及组织行为研究的一个有效工具。
Objective To revise the team reconsideration scale in Chinese to examine its reliability and validity. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 460 employees in Xi’an and Beijing, 60 people took part in the test and 400 people took part in the formal test. Results After exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, the questionnaire was reconsidered, which included three dimensions: task reflection, peripheral reflection and result evaluation. One dimension was obtained by using the subscale scale, and the α coefficient was 0.727. The confirmatory factor analysis of each fit index Ideally, the measurement model fits well with the data. Conclusion The revised version of the team reconciliation scale meets the requirements of psychometrics and can be used as an effective tool for domestic team and organizational behavior research.
