[目的]了解儿童尿碘水平,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。[方法]2009年7月,在泰安市辖区抽取598名8~10岁小学生进行尿碘检测。[结果]检测小学生598人,尿碘中位数为179.2μg/L。其中,<50μg/L的占6.52%,50~99μg/L的占10.70%,100~200μg/L(适宜范围)的占40.30%,201~300μg/L的占18.90%,>300μg/L的占23.58%。[结论]泰安市8~10岁小学生碘营养状况处于适宜的水平。
[Objective] To understand the urinary iodine level in children and provide a scientific basis for making prevention and control measures. [Method] In July 2009, 598 pupils from 8 to 10 years old were selected for urinary iodine testing in the district of Tai’an. [Results] 598 pupils were tested, and the median urinary iodine was 179.2 μg / L. Of these, 50.22% of the population was considered to account for 6.52%, accounting for 10.70% for the range of 50-99μg / L, 40.30% for the range of 100-200μg / L, 18.90% for the range of 201-300μg / L and> 300μg / L for the Accounting for 23.58%. [Conclusion] The iodine nutrition status of pupils aged 8 ~ 10 in Tai’an city is at an appropriate level.
