喇嘛甸油田地下储气库承担着大庆地区下游产业冬季补气供气任务。储气库的过度开采引起气层压力明显下降,威胁着地下油气界面的稳定,造成局部气藏处油浸。从油田生产需要出发,提出储气库注采系统工艺改造方案。采用在气井井口安装过滤分离器、加药控制和投球清管装置及注气站出口汇管加过滤分离装置相结合的设计方案,以实现储气库对油田气的调峰。采用改造后的工艺流程方案,能够控制住气层污染,降低气井作业费用。
Lamadian underground gas storage reservoir bear the downstream industries in Daqing winter gas supply task. The over-exploitation of gas reservoirs causes the gas pressure to drop obviously, which threatens the stability of the subsurface hydrocarbon-oil interface and causes oil immersion in the local gas reservoirs. Starting from the need of oilfield production, the project of gas injection and recovery system for gas storage project was put forward. Adopting the combination of filtration separator, dosing control, pitching pigging device and outlet manifold plus filtration separation device at the wellhead of gas well to achieve peak regulation of oil gas in gas storage. Adopting the reformed technological scheme, it can control the gas layer pollution and reduce the gas well operating cost.
