哈工大铸造教研室研制成功CLP型差压铸造液面加压控制系统,并于1983年6月21日通过技术鉴定。航天工业部质量技术司付总工程师田立志担任鉴定领导小组组长,有高等学校、研究所及部内外工厂的知名专家、教授、工程师等三十多人参加了鉴定会。通过资料审查和现场测试,大家一致认为该系统结构简单、成本低、性能指标先进,达到国内先进水平;由于所用元件均为国内定型产品,工作可靠,容易在工厂推广。该系统具有很强的泄漏补偿能力:现场测试时,下筒人为地用φ10mm管向空间排气,用来模拟泄漏,系统仍能很好地进行线性跟踪;当铸件断面尺寸变化9倍时,该系统仍能保持原有跟踪特性。
Harbin Institute of Foundry Teaching Department successfully developed CLP type differential pressure casting liquid level pressure control system, and in June 21, 1983 through technical appraisal. Tian Lizhi, chief engineer of the Quality and Technical Division of the Aerospace Industry Department, is the leader of the appraisal team. More than 30 famous experts, professors and engineers from universities, research institutes and factories inside and outside the factory participated in the appraisal meeting. Through data review and on-site testing, we all agreed that the system has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, advanced performance indicators and advanced domestic level. Because the components used are all domestic stereotypes, they are reliable and easy to be popularized in the factory. The system has a strong ability to compensate for leaks: During on-site testing, the downcomer is artificially vented to space with a φ10mm tube to simulate leaks and the system still performs well for linear tracking. When the cross-sectional dimension of the castings changes ninefold, The system still retains the original tracking features.
