目的:研究前庭盾在混合牙列期矫治上牙列前突错的方法和疗效。方法:对混合牙列期的上牙列前突用前庭盾进行矫治,利用患者侧面貌、覆、覆盖、X线头颅侧位定位片部分测量数字的改变等指标评估治疗效果。结果:前庭盾可以改变患儿的不良习惯,阻止上牙列和上颌骨过度前向发展、改善侧面面型、降低覆、覆盖,减小前牙轴倾度,关闭前牙间隙。结论:前庭盾对混合牙列期上牙列前突的矫治方法简单有效,对阻止上牙列和上颌骨过度前向发展意义重大。
Objective: To study the method and effect of vestibular shield in the treatment of mixed dentition during the treatment of the anterior dentition. Methods: The anterior dentition in the mixed dentition period was treated with vestibular shield, and the therapeutic effect was evaluated by the changes of the measured data such as the patient’s side view, covering and covering, and X-ray cephalometric positioning slice. Results: Vestibular shield can change the bad habits in children, prevent the excessive development of the upper dentition and maxilla, improve the lateral shape, reduce the overstepping, covering, reduce the inclination of anterior teeth and close the anterior gap. CONCLUSION: The vestibular shield is simple and effective in the treatment of mixed dentition on the superior dentition. It is of great significance in preventing the excessive development of the upper dentition and maxilla.
