采用挂片法和电化学法对影响碳钢在模拟油田污水中点蚀的因素及点蚀机理进行了研究和探讨。在曝氧条件下污水中所含的HCO_3~-对碳钢有较强的钝化作用。低浓度的Cl~-能破坏钝化膜而引起点蚀,点蚀电位随Cl~-浓度增加呈半对数关系下降。SO_4~(2-)、S~(2-)等对碳钢的点蚀有促进作用。
The factors affecting the pitting corrosion of carbon steel in simulated oilfield wastewater and the mechanism of pitting corrosion were studied and discussed by the coupon method and electrochemical method. Under the condition of aeration, the HCO 3 - contained in the sewage has a strong passivation effect on the carbon steel. Low concentrations of Cl ~ - can damage the passivation film and cause pitting corrosion. The pitting potential decreases with the increase of Cl ~ - concentration. SO_4 ~ (2 -), S ~ (2-) and so on the corrosion of carbon steel can promote.
