目的探讨益生菌治疗在溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取2007年8月2009年12月47例活动期UC患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予益生菌和5-氨基水杨酸治疗,疗程8周。监测治疗期间患者的临床症状和血清C反应蛋白(Creactive protein,CRP)水平。结果治疗结束后两组患者临床症状均有缓解,CRP水平均明显下降,两组间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益生菌治疗UC可有效改善患者临床症状和炎症反应。 Objective To investigate the clinical application of probiotics in the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods 47 patients with active UC were selected from August 2007 to December 2009 and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients were treated with probiotics and 5-aminosalicylic acid respectively for 8 weeks. Patients were monitored for clinical symptoms and serum CRP levels. Results After the treatment, the clinical symptoms of both groups were relieved and the CRP level was significantly decreased. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions Probiotic treatment of UC can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and inflammatory response in patients.
