“查出必治,治必彻底”是结核病防治工作的根本原则,而加强化疗管理又是防治措施的重要一环。本文对1982～1989年间初治涂阳肺结核治疗管理情况作一回顾分析。 1982～1984年建所初期,对初治涂阳肺结核病例大多采用诊前宣教、病人自服药、定期复查的一般结核病门诊,缺少化疗过程中主动有效的管理措施,因而治疗效果不理想。1985～1987年吸取其它结防所经验, “The principle of treating all patients and treating them thoroughly” is the fundamental principle of prevention and treatment of tuberculosis. This article reviews the management and treatment of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis from 1982 to 1989. During the initial period from 1982 to 1984, most TB cases of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis were treated with pre-mission education, patients self-medication and regular review of tuberculosis clinic.
