Animal models of candidate antigens for malaria vaccine evaluators are required, whereas P. falciparum only proliferates in a few primates, making modeling somewhat difficult. In this paper, Saimiri sciureus is used as a model for the study of antigens and their protective immunity. Inoculation of the squirrel monkey with Plasmodium falciparum by intravenous inoculation resulted in less toxicity due to parasitemia. After 10 passages, the virulence of the plasmodium was enhanced. The protozoal was frozen in liquid nitrogen to prepare for infection. The experimental animal is an unfertilized adult female monkey weighing 600 g and of good health. IFA shows Plasmodium negative. At the same time to malaria
