传染性单核细胞增多症(简称传单)是 Epstein-Barr(EB)病毒感染所引起的淋巴细胞反应性增生的疾病。本文报告2例传单伴肺炎支原体肺炎。1 病例报告1.1 例1.患者,男,45岁。因发冷、发热5天入院。发热前有寒战,体温最高达40℃,伴有轻微咳嗽、咽痛。查体:咽部充血(+),双侧颌下可触及两个黄豆大淋巴结,右下肺呼吸音略粗,胸片示右下肺纹理增强。血常规白细胞16.0×10~9/L,异形淋巴细胞0.40。支原体抗体
Infectious mononucleosis (leaflet) is a disease of lymphocyte reactive hyperplasia caused by Epstein-Barr (EB) virus infection. This article reports 2 cases of leaflets with mycoplasma pneumonia pneumonia. 1 case report 1.1 cases 1. Patient, male, 45 years old. Due to chills, fever 5 days admitted to hospital. Chills before fever, body temperature up to 40 ℃, accompanied by a slight cough, sore throat.
