陕西省群众文艺会演大会自一九七九年十一月二十日在西安隆重开幕以来,经过十八天热烈而紧张的演出、观摩、评奖和经验交流活等动,已经于十二月八日胜利结束。八日上午九点钟,省委和省革委会的负责同志章泽、林茵如、张毅忱等,同各地、市的近千名演出、观摩代表一起,在西安人民剧院参加了大会的闭幕式。会上,由林茵如同志致闭幕词。章泽等同志给获奖的单位和个人颁发了奖状和奖金。这次会演,是对粉碎“四人帮”三年多来我省群众文艺创作和演出活动丰硕成果的
