【目的】探讨腐植酸水溶肥对棉秸秆基质栽培设施黄瓜的生长和产量性状的影响并确定腐植酸水溶肥在基质栽培设施黄瓜上的最佳施加量.【方法】以黄瓜品种“德尔99”为试材,采用槽式棉秸秆基质栽培,分别施加22.5、30、37.5kg/hm2(T_1、T_2、T_3)腐植酸水溶肥共3次,以清水作为对照(CK),定期测定黄瓜的生长特性及产量性状.【结果】T_1、T_2、T_3处理的基质EC值、容重、总孔隙度、持水孔隙度均高于或者显著高于CK,而通气孔隙度显著低于CK;T_2处理显著提高了黄瓜的株高、茎粗、叶片数以及叶绿素含量;T_1、T_2、T_3均显著增加了黄瓜的产量;T_2处理显著提高了黄瓜单株结果数,施加腐植酸水溶肥的3个处理的黄瓜的第一开花坐果节位与CK无显著差异.【结论】T_2处理的腐植酸水溶肥能显著促进棉秸秆基质栽培设施黄瓜的生长及产量.
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of humic acid-soluble fertilizer on the growth and yield of cucumber in cotton straw substrate cultivation facilities and to determine the best application amount of humic acid-soluble fertilizer on cucumber in substrate cultivation facility. 【Method】 The cucumber varieties “Del 99 ”Were used as the substrate to cultivate the cotton straw substrate. The humic acid water-soluble fertilizer of 22.5,30,37.5kg / hm2 (T_1, T_2, T_3) 【Result】 The results showed that EC, bulk density, total porosity and water holding porosity of T_1, T_2 and T_3 treatments were all higher than or significantly higher than those of CK, while the aeration porosity was significantly lower than that of CK; T_2 T_1, T_2 and T_3 significantly increased the yield of cucumber; T_2 treatment significantly increased the number of cucumber plants per plant, the number of cucumber plants applied water-soluble fertilizer 3 The first flowering stage of cucumber was not significantly different from that of CK. 【Conclusion】 Humic acid water-soluble fertilizer with T 2 treatment can significantly promote the growth and yield of cotton straw substrate cucumber cultivation.
