[案情]杨先生与周冯洁于2001年登记结婚。周冯洁系再婚,婚后双方共同经营着一家塑胶公司。2004年,两人购买了一套房屋,首付款及贷款均由两人的共同收益予以支付。2010年,杨先生发现该房屋的产权登记在了周冯洁及其与前夫的儿子名下。杨先生认为,妻子未与自己商量擅自将夫妻共同财产赠与继子,侵犯了自己的权益,于是决定通过法律途径要回属于自己的产权。杨先生为与妻子、继子打官司而收集资料时,却发现了更意想不到的情况:妻子又隐瞒着他将属于他的产权以买卖合同的形式变更
