天津化纤厂由日本引进的重整对二甲苯装置的三台压缩机,日方要求采用无垫铁安装。为此,需解决高标号收缩小的灌浆材料,但日方没有提供详细有关施工资料及砂浆配合比。我们经过查阅有关单位引进装置压缩机的灌浆技术资料,并结合现场实际情况,进行了多次试验和施工中的摸索,保证了施工质量,满足了日方各项技术要求,经日方鉴定认为该压缩机无垫铁灌浆
