在蓄滞洪区,建筑结构的选型要综合考虑建筑设计水深、风浪大小和建筑物抗洪安全等级。钢筋混凝土房屋虽然造价较高,使用不如砖砌体房屋广泛,但在对房屋的抗洪能力有较高要求时,如用于集体避洪的建筑,钢筋混凝土房屋仍是优先选用的结构类型。抗洪安全等级一级的建筑物,多采用钢筋混凝土结构;抗洪安全等级为二级的建筑物,在水深浪大、运用机遇较多的蓄滞洪区,也宜采用钢筋混凝土结构。 以下,简要介绍蓄滞洪区钢筋混凝土房屋的设计一般规定和构造措施。 一、钢筋混凝土结构抗洪设计一般规定 (一)建筑结构设计
In flood storage and detention areas, the selection of building structures must take into account the water depth of the building design, the size of wind and waves, and the level of building flood safety. Although the cost of reinforced concrete buildings is relatively high and they are not as widely used as brick masonry houses, when there is a high demand for housing flood resistance, such as buildings used for collective flood avoidance, reinforced concrete buildings are still the preferred type of structure. Buildings with a flood-resistant safety level are mostly reinforced concrete structures; buildings with flood-fighting safety grades are two-tiered, and reinforced concrete structures are also suitable for flood storage areas with large water depths and large opportunities for application. The following is a brief introduction of the general design provisions and structural measures for reinforced concrete houses in flood detention areas. I.
