社会新形势下加强对优势群体暴力犯罪行为的关注与重视,是对整个社会法制管理与监督工作的推进。社会群体由于他们所处社会地位较高,学历教育水平较高,正是他们拥有丰富人力资源与社会资源的优异条件,在心理学上,他们比处于社会较低层面的人有着更为敏感的意识与较易波动的情绪。更加容易受到社会环境因素以及个人因素的影响,出现不受理智控制,不符合逻辑的行为结果,甚至是暴力行为,这些原因都直接或间接造成了优势群体暴力犯罪行为。为应对这些行为造成的严重危害,加强思想法制建设等一些措施应该被制定来解决出现的问题。 The concern and emphasis placed on strengthening the violent crimes against the dominant groups under the new situation in society is to promote the management and supervision of the entire legal system of the society.
