Determination of CO 2 and N 2 O release from forest soils is of great importance in assessing the role of CO 2 and N 2 O in the forest equilibrium atmosphere. In order to quantify the effect of sites on the net carbon mineralization and temperature dependency of N 2 O release, three adjacent patches of San Mau-ling, Norway spruce and mixed-forest were surveyed in the Saul forest of Germany and three Month of different temperature training test. The results showed that the net carbon mineralization rate and N 2 O release of three forest land coverings increased exponentially with temperature. In a certain temperature range (1-20oC), the temperature coefficient function (Q_10) to fit the flux rate to describe the temperature of the forest floor temperature sensitivity. The fitting curve of temperature sensitivity of forest floor coverings at each experimental point showed a positive correlation with net carbon mineralization and N 2 O release rate. All the data from the experimental forests show that the function of temperature coefficient (Q_10) of net carbon mineralization and N_2O release per unit is 1.73-2.10 and 2.81-3.58, respectively, which can be used to describe the net carbon mineralization and N_2O nitrogen Release rate dependence on temperature. There was no significant difference in the temperature dependency between net carbon mineralization rate and N 2 O release rate among the three species and mixed species of San Maoju and spruce, indicating that the net net carbon mineralization rate and N_2O release rate were not affected by different species Impact of litter quality.
