鲫鱼在我国除西部高原地区外,江河、湖泊、池塘、水库、沟港等水域均产。目前在淡水养殖中,推广饲养的有东北方正鲫、日本大阪鲫,以及人工培育的异育银鲫等。营养成份、鲫鱼为淡水鱼中之上品,肉味细嫩清香、营养价值高。每100克可食部分含蛋白质19.5克,脂肪3.4克,糖类0.1克,矿物质(灰分)0.9克,热量62千卡;此外还含钙84毫克、磷203毫克、铁31.7毫克。药用价值、鲫鱼肉:甘、温、和中开胄、行水消肿;鲫鱼卵:调中补气。鲫鱼对脾胄虚弱、食欲不振,痢疾;肺结核咯血;水肿,腹水膨胀;牙痛;产妇少乳;妊娠感寒;妇女血崩;肠痔滴 Crucian carp in our country in addition to the western plateau region, rivers, lakes, ponds, reservoirs, gully and other waters are produced.
